Local South East metro residents are advised that a new edition of the Victorian Recreational Fishing Guide for 2012 is now available.

The Victorian Recreational Fishing Guide is an annual publication of the Department of Primary Industries which includes useful information regarding updated rules and regulations governing recreational fishing in Victoria.

Hard copies of the guide are available free of charge from most fishing tackle shops that sell recreational fishing licenses and at Gordon Rich-Phillips’ electorate office.

The Victorian Recreational Fishing Guide may also be obtained by ringing the Department of Primary Industries Customer Service Centre on 136 186 or online at http://www.dpi.vic.gov.au/fisheries/recreational-fishing/recreational-fishing-guide .
