My question is to the Minister for Transport Infrastructure and is related to the extension of the Frankston line to Baxter. Last year in April the minister committed to undertake a business case for that project. The federal government has committed $3 million to the business case and has also committed $225 million to the project. The Minister for Transport Infrastructure said the business case would be completed in early 2019. We are now in late 2019 and the business case has not been seen, and accordingly the project has not proceeded. So my question to the Minister for Transport Infrastructure is: why has the business case not been delivered as she promised and when will it be delivered?
