Last night’s Budget has put to bed any claims of cheaper electricity under Daniel Andrews’ thought bubble power policy.
Victorians are going to be slugged with a 56 percent increase in electricity costs over the next two years alone, the Federal Budget has revealed.
There is absolutely zero evidence to show that Daniel Andrews’ policy will reduce electricity prices.
Even his own modelling shows that power prices will increase by 40 percent from 2025.
Only the Liberals and Nationals have a clear plan that will deliver reliable, affordable and cleaner energy, while keeping the lights on.
