A Matt Guy Liberals and Nationals Government will provide $6 million towards upgrades for Mulgrave Primary School.
The project will provide new and refurbished learning spaces, including a new STEM area and library facility, as well as a canteen.
The funding will also deliver a new driveway and drop-off area with additional parking for ease of access for the school community.
Shadow Minister for Education, David Hodgett, said this commitment would allow for Mulgrave Primary School to keep up with the growing population in the area.
“With so many families moving into the growing south-eastern suburbs, this is a necessary and important commitment that needs to be done urgently.”
Liberal Candidate for Mulgrave, Michael Piastrino, said this significant investment will deliver better facilities for current and future students at Mulgrave Primary School.
“Our children deserve the best start in life and that includes making sure students have access to modern, world-class facilities and only the Liberals and Nationals will provide that.”
